WW Candlelight Vigil in Support of Iranian Political Prisoners

My Dear Compatriots and Friends of Iran,

Our freedom-loving compatriots across the globe will once again stand united to show support for those suffering under the Islamic Republic regime. On Saturday, December 15th and Sunday, December 16th 2012 our compatriots will be holding candlelight vigils in their respective cities to show support for all political prisoners in Iran. For too long people have suffered in silence in Iran's prisons, hidden away by the current regime in abhorrent, unjust circumstances. None of us is truly free as long as any of our compatriots suffer under such conditions and we must remind the world of the ongoing suffering in Iran.

I highly support peaceful movements such as these candlelight vigils, and I encourage all friends of a free Iran to join my compatriots at these events or to hold a candlelight vigil in their own cities. Help us sustain our message to the Clerical Regime: We Demand the Freedom of the Iranian Political Prisoners.

I ask that we respect all political and religious views at these events and welcome all freedom-loving citizens who would like to stand united with us.
